Medical device and technology company Lazurite® announced that its ArthroFree® Wireless Camera System will be available at the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) Advanced Knee and Shoulder course on Oct. 20-22, and the Innovations in Hip Arthroscopy lab course on Nov. 3-4, at the AANA Orthopaedic Learning Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
At the Advanced Hip Arthroscopy course, Shane J Nho, M.D., M.S. of Gold Coast Surgery Center and Rush University Medical Center in Chicago will use the ArthroFree system to teach a labral reconstruction at 1:30 p.m. Central Time.
At both events, an ArthroFree device will be on display and available to try in the exhibit area. At the Hip and Knee event there also will be an ArthroFree at the lab checkout station. Surgeons can review the ArthroFree system there and bring it to their cadaver station on a cart to try it out.
“We invite attendees to try the ArthroFree camera system at these AANA courses to see what it means to operate when there is no cord to distract your attention or limit your dexterity,” Lazurite CEO and co-founder Eugene Malinskiy said.
For surgeons who want to be at the top of their game for every procedure, the ArthroFree wireless camera system has no cord to distract a surgeon’s attention or limit dexterity so they can enhance their focus on the patient’s procedure. ArthroFree has been used in centers of excellence around the country with outstanding results.
